Welcome to Adapt Driving School. By enrolling in our lessons or accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all students enrolled with Adapt Driving School.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or shared with students directly.

2. Driving Lessons

  • All lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.

  • Students must carry a valid provisional/full driving licence during lessons.

  • Instructors reserve the right to cancel or refuse lessons if a student is unfit to drive (e.g., under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or illness).

  • Students must arrive on time for their lesson. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.

  • In the event of instructor illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe weather conditions, the school reserves the right to reschedule lessons at no penalty to the student.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Lesson fees must be paid in advance or on the day of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

  • Block bookings must be used within a specified time frame (e.g., 6 months) and are non-transferable.

  • Refunds for unused lessons in block bookings will be provided upon request, minus any lessons already taken and applicable admin fees.

5. Practical Test Bookings

  • Students must consult with their instructor before booking a driving test.

  • Instructors reserve the right to withhold use of the training vehicle for the test if the student is not test-ready.

  • Test-day vehicle hire fees apply and must be paid in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow road users.

  • Any form of abuse, aggression, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of lessons without refund.

7. Liability

  • Adapt Driving School and its instructors will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or damage arising from negligence or breach of these terms by the student.

  • While every effort is made to prepare students for the driving test, success cannot be guaranteed.

8. Data Protection

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • We do not share student information with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
