Room In Enfield- £350.00 Month

Hi,
We have a large room available in Enfield
At the moment there are three of us living
here. Sheila and Richard, who both work for Asda, and
me, a musician / music programmer. Don’t worry I tend to use head phones so no noise.
We live in a quite large three bed room house that also has a shared
living room that is really two rooms knocked
in to one so quite large really. It also has a large
TV with cable TV and a DVD player
From the living room there is a large kitchen (we
sometimes eat breakfast in there) that has all the
usual cooking facilities inc a microwave and a dish
washer. The utility room that contains a
washer, a tumble drier, two fridges and two freezers
There is a smallish bath room that
contains a shower and a bath.
The rooms themselves are quite large and both have
on occasion been occupied by couples.
In the rooms there is also a free broad band internet
connection (There is also a telephone in the
living room as well.) We are just a short walk (3 min) from Ponders End
Station (Liverpool st in 15 minuets, Victoria Line in 10 minuets) and maybe 5 min from Ponders End bus station. The rent is £480 a month for two per room (couples etc), £350 for one and includes the free use of all of the above, all utilities, telephone, and Internet with two provisos. The telephone is only free for national calls to land lines (not mobiles) and all the utility bills are included in the rent on understanding that water, electricity etc are not wasted. Unreasonable people need not apply!
The atmosphere here is really quite calm. Nobody
wakes up the house with loud music, bad behavior,
etc and we are polite and considerate. Having said that there
have been the odd mad moments and we definitely know
how to have a laugh etc.
We are about 5-10 min walk from a big Tesco supermarket and we are about 1 min from local shops where you can get basic groceries etc. About a mile away (bit of a gestimate) there is a top class gym with a beautiful 1/2 Olympic pool with a sauna and steam room attached. There are lots of good cinemas, pubs, places to eat and we are not that far from Enfield town center which has good, if a little expensive, shopping. Oh yes we have a garden that we do barbeques in (not a built in one just one I got fro B&Q). What else can I tell you? The area is about as safe or otherwise as most parts of London and I have lived here for a good few years had never been mugged or
anything thing like that. Same goes for all my neighbors and previous tenants as far as I know. If you think you may be interested please let me

If you would like to come and meet us and check the place out the best way to get to us from central London is to go to Liverpool St and take the West Anglia Main Line Train to Ponders End. If you are already in north London you could take the Victoria line to Tottenham Hale and change on to the West Anglia.
The West Anglia Line is actually an over ground line but links in to the tube
network just the same and is quite quick and easy as there are
only two stops between Tottenham Hale and Ponders End, (Northumberland
park and Angel Road). You are then only 300 meters or so away.

To the right you can see Ponders End Station and we are in the red circle. We are also close to one of London’s main bus stations so as you might expect there are a lot of bus routes here. Below are some of the busses you can get to and from here. The ones in red do not run off peak services and the prefix “N” denotes a night buss (these run all night).
